Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a well-established MN law firm is seeking a Real Estate/Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice. This role offers the opportunity to handle a steady pipeline of sophisticated real estate and business-related disputes while working closely with experienced partners in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities

Handle a broad range of real estate litigation matters, including:

HOA disputes
Evictions and unlawful detainers
Title, lien, and foreclosure-related matters
Contract and property disputes
Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, and hearings
Represent clients in district court and related proceedings
Support collections and enforcement actions as needed
Collaborate with attorneys and staff on strategy, risk assessment, and resolution

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing in Minnesota (or ability to waive in)
3+ years of litigation experience (real estate exposure preferred but not required)
Strong legal writing, analytical, and case-management skills
Comfortable handling a fast-moving docket and client interaction

Compensation & Structure:

Competitive base salary, $100K-$180K (depending on experience) & benefits
Performance-based bonus structure
